Your day to dayPreventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for NFVi Cloud infrastructure.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:In case of incident, assure trouble shooting analysis and all the repair actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service restoration of NFVi Cloud infrastructurePerform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network, Daily Walkthroughs and Health checks for NFVi components.Assure planned work activities, upgrade NFVi components & virtualisation stack, Onboarding and implementation of Service requests ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on cloud functionalitiesKnowledge sharing in order to increase technical skills of other teams involved in deployment and operations activities in the networkWith these skills you are a great candidate:Multi-year experience working in Telco or IT industry.Advanced knowledge of IT & networking technologies (Cloud, Virtualization, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).Team working oriented.German (reading, listening) and English (spoken and written)Must have technical / professional qualifications:University degree: faculty of Engineering sciences (Information technology, Informatics).Troubleshooting skills in Linux, virtual machines, container, networking.Hands-on Experience with VMware based virtualization technologies and platforms.Scripting knowledge (Python, Ansible) desirableSounds like the perfect job?
