Enjoy attractive commissions and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Support and manage caregivers, no cold calls, you respond to inbound inquiries. Assist with placements, handle changes/emergencies, and maintain caregiver relationships. Conduct satisfaction surveys and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Work closely with international teams to optimise processes and improve the caregiver experience. Requirements: Fluent in German (C1) and Romanian (C2) (English is a plus). 1+ year experience in account management, telesales, or caregiver services. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping caregivers. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing client relationships. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot) is a plus.
