The Offer Join a market leader within Telecommunications Private Health & Medical Insurance Program Competitive pay & remuneration package The Job Office management: manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the team Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, supplies and equipment Apartment management: new apartment leasing, renewal, and termination process, maintenance of expenses records, apartment supplies purchase and contact with employees for check-in and check-out process Company asset management: maintenance of asset records, asset purchase, inventory, and scrapping process Vehicle management: vehicle records maintenance, vehicle arrangement, car leasing, renewal & termination Book travel arrangements Visa management, assist in the visa & resident card application for non-EU employees Communication management: sim card & testing card management Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking and related finance procedures The Profile Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role would be considered a plus A valid car driver's license is required Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail The Employer Our client is a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions.
