Profilo ricercato: Area Sales Manager-Bucharest, Ialomita, Calarasi, Giurgiu , a leading company operating in the production and sale of industrial, food, specialty, and medical gases, is looking for a highly skilled and super motivated Area Sales Manager to spread the word and handle sales in Bucharest, Ialomita, Calarasi and Giurgiu. Role overview As Sales Representative you will, most importantly, represent SIAD’s image, values, and interests in the designated sales territory. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, actively promoting SIAD’s products, onboarding new customers, and solving business challenges as needed. The goal is, of course, that your work drives the company’s revenue growth in alignment with our sales and business objectives. It may seem difficult, but with the right team beside you we only think it’s a challenge. The good kind of challenge! Qualifications for success University degree: preferably economic or technical studies. At least 5 years experience in sales. Business fluent in English, written and spoken. Confident in use of MS Office. Driver‘s licence. Key competencies and additional skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Hands-on approache with a willingness to tackle challenging issues. Customer-focused, a strong understanding of customer needs and a commercial mindset. Strong personality with ability to assertively address difficult situation. Effective time management, planning and organizational skills. Attention to details and very good analytical skills. Pragmatic, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the customers portfolio in the assigned sales area – Bucharest, Ialomita, Calarasi, Giurgiu. Build and grow a relationship with the clients by constantly meeting with them to understand their needs, assess their business and offer valuable solutions. Address clients inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience. Create and implement sales strategies based on market analysis and company’s objectives in order to reach and exceed sales targets. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving client needs in order to identify opportunities and threats. Ensure that requierments in terms of compliance, business integrity and internal procedures are respected in all actions taken in order to achieve the goals. If you got here, we might be a match!!
