Back Office - Procurement Officer in Sibiu

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a multinational company based in Miercurea Sibiului, for a Back Office- Procurement Officer - Hybrid position.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant workexperience, a background in back-office operations, data entry, or customerservice administrative roles. The primary responsibilities will include dataentry in SAP, documentation, service delivery for internal clients, andfollow-up with various suppliers.Responsibilities:Data Introduction inSAP:·Accurate and timely entry of purchase-relateddata into the SAP system.·Ensuring data integrity and compliance withcompany standards.Documentation:·Managing and organizing purchase-relateddocumentation.·Maintaining a systematic record-keeping systemfor easy retrieval.Service Delivery forInternal Clients:·Collaborating with internal stakeholders tounderstand their purchase requirements.·Ensuring timely and efficient delivery ofservices to internal clients.Follow-up withVarious Suppliers:·Establishing and maintaining effectivecommunication with suppliers.·Tracking and following up on orders to ensuretimely delivery.Ideal Profile:Background:Previous experience in back-office operations, data entry,or customer service administrative roles.1-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.Competences:·Advanced level of English.·Ability to work independently and demonstratefast learning capabilities.·Stability and commitment to tasks.·Strong organizational skills with an emphasis onprioritization and attention to detail.·Excellent communication skills.·Resilient in handling challenging situations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relatedfield (preferred).Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is a plusWorking Conditions:Regular collaboration with internal teams and externalsuppliers.
