We are offering a challenging position, the opportunity to grow and expend your knowledge through daily interaction with skilled engineers located all over the world.Responsibilities:· Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;· Technical requirements: Linux, SQL, Network knowledge;· On call availability (2 weeks/Month);· Overtime required (up to 32H/month paid or compensated with leave) ;· Availability for OT and on call during business holidays as well.Candidate Profile:· JR BO engineer - 2nd line support engineer working on Business hours (09:00-18:00) – application and infrastructure support;· Incident, Change, Problem management handling (Troubleshooting, New integrations, Patch upgrade etc.);System Changes done during night time (part of the OT); · System Health checks;· SPOC for the customer;· Customer call.
