This is a crucial role for building and managing the data backbone of this exciting initiative.The Interview Process:The first step involves completing an offline test to assess your core skills.Key Qualifications: Experience Blend: We need someone with a strong mix of technical and business expertise. Ideally, you'll have both: Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle databases (analysis, not programming) and familiarity with PL/SQL (understanding packages, procedures, etc.).Business Understanding: A solid grasp of banking fundamentals with a focus on lending products and processes. Tech Stack Savvy: Proficiency with various tools is essential, including: Databases and Administration: Oracle databases, Toad for Oracle, Oracle Administration tools.Project Management: Confluence, JiraDevelopment: Microsoft Visual Studio, WinSCPBI Reporting: IBM Cognos, Power BI (experience with OLAP cubes a plus) Additional Skills: Experience with IT project implementation.Strong analytical thinking and ability to grasp requirements from diverse areas.Understanding of BI/DWH architecture for modeling, data integration, and reporting.Effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and organization.
