Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative products and enhance existing features, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ● Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions. ● Elicit, document, and review detailed business requirements and use cases, creating comprehensive functional and system requirements specifications. ● Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of new features to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and feedback. ● Facilitate communication among business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution and resolution of issues. ● Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; support project planning, track progress, and ensure successful outcomes. ● Create and maintain detailed documentation of procedures, solutions, and requirements. ● Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and systems, including training and user support. ● Identify potential risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies, managing risk throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Must have: ● * 4+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, or in a similar role. ● * Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Russian for both oral and written business communication. ● * 2+ years of experience communicating with English-speaking stakeholders. ● * Familiarity with system integration concepts, including API development and management, middleware, and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON) ● * Experience with systems modeling techniques (e.g., UML, data flow diagrams). ● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. ● Knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data and processes. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ● * Experience with project management practices. ● * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting software. ● * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams. ● Familiarity with working with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar technologies for research and problem-solving. ● BA/PM certifications. ● Understanding of the US healthcare industry and its processes.
