An international company developing  electronic payment systems in over 50 countries  is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work for a globally growing company that is already well-established in Europe and is actively seeking further international growth. You will join an  international company  with offices in Europe that is actively developing its global presence. The position is only available for candidates based in  Romania . Your tasks on the position: Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities and potential threats in the online money transfer industry Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base and increase market share Identify and implement new business development opportunities both domestically and internationally Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback based on market trends and customer needs Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives to maximize revenues Requirements 4+ years of experience in business development Good analytical skills and mastery of effective marketing strategies Experience in one of the following areas: digital marketing, fintech, IT, hardware, software Romanian native English B2+ Will be a plus: Experience with mobile applications Experience in the B2C sector Benefits Competitive salary, the final level of remuneration is discussed with the final candidate Performance-based bonuses Official employment 100% remote work Paid holiday and sick leave Work in a large international company
