About the Role: Company:  Confidential, a subsidiary of a German wholesale distribution holding with over 50 employees, headquartered in Transylvania with branches nationwide.  Main Responsibilities: Strategic leadership, optimization and efficiency improvements, sales team coordination, maintaining strategic relationships with business partners. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies to expand companies success in the market, strengthen relationships with door and window manufacturers, and enhance the companies advanced service package. Administration and Optimization: Oversee the company’s financial performance, optimize costs, and maintain high standards for quality and delivery. Sales Team Coordination: Update and adapt the sales structure to maximize customer access to companies products and services (currently you have 10 people). Strategic Relationships: Maintain and build trusted relationships with partners, providing continuous support to manufacturers and ensuring efficient distribution of top-tier products. Candidate Profile: Experience: Experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role (e.g., Sales Director/General Manager) with expertise in managing medium-sized companies. Sales experience is an advantage. Technical Knowledge: Experience in the same sector is a plus, so familiarity with the PVC/Aluminum industry is highly preferred. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to coordinate effective working relationships between departments and external partners. Strong communication skills are required to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Languages: English: Intermediate to advanced level. German: Intermediate to advanced level (nice to have).  Soft Skills: Team player Flexibility People-oriented Solution-focused Strong communication skills Organizational abilities Contract Details: Working Schedule: Full-time, hybrid, with business trips. The activity can be done also remote, but we need flexibility in terms of visiting the branches in Mures (Targu Mures).
