Aufgaben We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Circular Economy Manager to lead waste monitoring, recycling initiatives, and material reuse efforts within our construction and infrastructure projects.This pivotal role involves coordinating with business units, staying informed on recycling advancements, and driving sustainability practices in line with industry standards and environmental goals. Develop and implement systems to monitor waste generated across infrastructure and civil construction projects.Identify opportunities to repurpose or reuse materials, minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency.Analyze waste streams to recommend and execute sustainable solutions.Organize and oversee recycling initiatives, including on-site recycling plots and material segregation.Create comprehensive overviews and reports of recycled materials, tracking volumes, usage, and cost savings.Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international recycling regulations and standards.Collaborate with infrastructure and civil departments to align recycling and waste management strategies.Act as a liaison between project teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive sustainability efforts.Provide training and guidance to teams on circular economy practices and waste reduction techniques.Stay updated on the latest recycling technologies, market trends, and best practices in circular economy initiatives.Identify and evaluate partnerships with recycling vendors and material recovery facilities.Explore innovative approaches to integrating recycled materials into construction processes.Develop long-term strategies to enhance circular economy practices across all projects.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sustainability metrics, progress, and outcomes.Contribute to the company9s sustainability goals and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments. Qualifikationen Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Experience in waste management, recycling, or sustainability within the construction industry.Proven track record of implementing circular economy initiatives in infrastructure or civil projects is an advantage.Strong knowledge of waste management, recycling technologies, and material recovery processes.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Familiarity with local and international recycling regulations.Passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
