Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new communication chains and optimize existing ones
- Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, and the operations team
- Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs
- Prepare and present reports on work results
- Create communication strategies and execute casino promotions/campaigns
- Perform basic user segmentation
- Grow CRM and retention metrics
- Monitor and control key performance indicators: retention, reactivation, communication conversion rates, MAU, and LTV
- Operate and manage processes aimed at increasing stream-specific metrics (Sports or Casino)
- Design communication flows using various communication channels
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in CRM management within the iGaming industry
- Strong focus on building long-term customer relationships
- Experience in designing and executing communication flows across various channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.)
- Proactive and initiative-driven; able to lead projects to successful completion
- Data-driven decision-making based on metrics and KPIs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior to support personalized offerings
- Creative approach to solving problems and enhancing customer engagement and retention
- Adaptable and responsive to market changes and new challenges
- Experience in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to optimize CRM strategies
- English proficiency at B2+ level
