Position: Customer Care Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services (no email or chat support).
- Provide assistance to clients with various banking card issues, including blocking and unblocking cards, as well as managing fraud-related cases.
- Ensure that all client concerns are addressed in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
- Record and document all interactions with clients in accordance with company procedures.
- Offer clear and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Being proactive and dynamic in how you deal with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive customer information.
