Join the marta team now! We are looking for a Caregiver Onboarding Manager to join a young, dynamic and high-performing team in Sibiu. Your Role in our team Your main responsibility is to contact caregivers that have expressed interest in working under the marta franchise in order to present the product, explain the terms and conditions of collaboration, and assess their fit with the marta offering. You will: Conduct phone calls with platform users to present marta offering and terms and conditions of collaboration (no cold calls) Guide interested customers/platform users to build profile so as to achieve maximum benefits from platform Respond to online inquiries on various social media platforms Resolve issues raised by users quickly and efficiently Understand in-depth and detail the marta product and terms of collaboration Maintain careful, detailed and precise records in CRM tool about customer interactions Your Profile Have 2 years experience in a customer service role You are an open and communicative person, and you enjoy working with people You are at ease on the phone and able to present product offering confidently You are able to work efficiently and independently You speak fluent Romanian and English; knowledge of German is an advantage You are familiar with the Google Workspace suite of products and other digital tools (Slack, Salesforce, etc.) Why marta?
