Customer Support Agent (English+French or Ducth) in Bucuresti

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Agent fluent in French or Dutch , with strong English communication skills, to join our support team in Bucharest. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service for players using our gaming platform, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues through email and chat. Details: Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Work Model Location: Bucharest, Romania (AFI Park) Working hours: 24/7 rotation shift – 8h per day - 40h per week / hybrid after training / 3 days office – 2 days WFH Start: ASAP English: Fluent Dutch or French: Fluent/Native Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate, high-quality responses to customer inquiries via email and chat. Register, monitor, and manage support tickets in line with service standards. Assess and resolve player issues or escalate when necessary. Pre-analyze and report technical issues following internal incident management procedures. Ensure customer satisfaction through empathy, diplomacy, and clear communication. Work in rotational shifts to support a 24/7 customer service environment. Requirements Fluency in either French or Dutch (C1+ level), and strong command of English (written and spoken). Excellent communication skills – able to simplify technical issues for non-technical users. Prior experience in a contact center or similar customer support role preferred. Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online communication platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
