Job Details Customer Transformation Consultant Job Description Job mission: Identify business challenges and opportunities with existing clients and prospects, leveraging all resources, assets, and human potential in the Stefanini global ecosystem to address these challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Focus on clients' needs while supporting delivery, sales, and other functions.Demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.Job responsibilities:Work with existing Digital Workplace customers and drive proactively continuous innovation and improvement of IT operational processes and technologies.Help customers transform their business and innovate through the integration of technology & digitalization solutions from the Stefanini portfolio.Support customer account teams in building Service Improvement Plans when these require transformations of process, organization, technology, etc.;Support Presales and other support functions activities, facilitating workshops to identify customer business objectives and position Stefanini's portfolio of solutions.Work with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.Assess existing processes, systems, technologies, and organization to identify improvement opportunities.Facilitate workshops for discovery, design, and solution development.Develop a transformation roadmap to achieve selected objectives, engaging and obtaining buy in from all relevant stakeholders.Contribute to building the business case for transformation initiatives.Provide guidance in organizational change management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful transformation projects.Prepare and deliver presentations (internally and to the client) and reports to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives, identifying and addressing risks as necessary.Assess the achievement and benefits of the transformation initiatives.Lead and manage the execution of transformation initiatives for selected customers.Frameworks:Previous experience with business transformation methodology and change management principles.Previous experience with technology integration initiatives.Understand technology market trends and industry best practices.Understanding of process mapping principles.
