Job role A Power Platform Developer is a professional who works with Microsoft's Power Platform to build, customize, and implement business applications, automations, and data analytics solutions. The Power Platform consists of several key tools designed to enable users to create applications and workflows with minimal code, using low-code or no-code development approaches. What you will do Develop and Implement Automated Workflows: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline data ingestion and integration processes between Excel files, SharePoint lists, and other enterprise systems. Enhance Data Integration: Implement solutions to improve data accuracy and reduce manual tasks across platforms. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with various departments to understand data needs and deliver efficient automation solutions. Automation: enhance and automate the reporting by understanding and streamlining the business processes Business Analysis & Reporting: create and deliver standard & ad-hoc dashboards, templates, reports & organization metrics Process mapping & optimization: assess the completeness of, validate and map complex datasets, identifying data gaps and system requirements What you bring Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse. Problem-solving and collaboration skills. Ability to integrate Power Platform with external data sources and systems. Preferred: Certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate). You have Low-Code Development: Ability to build custom applications using Power Apps with minimal coding, understanding both Canvas and Model-Driven apps, and designing intuitive user interfaces. Workflow Automation: Proficiency in creating and automating business workflows with Power Automate, including setting up triggers, actions, and integrating with various apps and services. Data Analysis & Reporting: Expertise in Power BI for data visualization, report generation, and creating interactive dashboards to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and design efficient solutions that meet business requirements. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
