Responsibilities:  Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.  Maintain and manage language-specific glossaries, style guides, and translation memory strategies.  Act as the primary decision-maker in resolving translation-related differences of opinion.  Oversee internal and external language quality metrics to ensure consistent standards.  Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.  Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and changing project requirements.  Resolve issues with resourcefulness and creativity as needed.  Identify and escalate any potential workflow issues promptly.  Make informed decisions in alignment with established policies and procedures.  Recognize and propose opportunities for workflow improvements.  Collaborate effectively with both internal and client teams.  Review and validate images to ensure quality and relevance.  Meet and uphold all applicable quality standards for assigned tasks. Requirements:  Fluent in French (B2+/C1) and at least Upper Intermediate English. Ready to work back office 80 per cent and 20 per cent in contact center when needed. Insurance background is a plus.
