ESG Lead Miejsce pracy: Bucharest Your responsibilities Drive the execution of the ESG strategy across OLX. Collaborate with the sustainability team at Prosus to leverage each other’s programs and initiatives. Coordinate and support local OLX teams to implement Environmental and Social projects in different markets. Manage our Environmental program, including the collection of greenhouse gas emissions across all OLX businesses and markets. Lead our thought leadership program on the Circular Economy. Coordinate all company efforts on regulation reporting, acting as the link between OLX and Prosus. Develop and implement employee activation programs to engage our employees in sustainability initiatives. Evangelize sustainability across our company through trainings and workshops. Work with third parties such as consultancies, auditors, and communication agencies to ensure our success. Our requirements Demonstrated work experience leading ESG/Sustainability topics or programs. In-depth understanding of material ESG topics that can drive better business outcomes. Knowledge of sustainable development as a strategic asset to drive business growth. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Self-driven and proactive work style. Ability to work across a complex set of stakeholders without formal authority (understands how to influence). Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures. Strong project and program management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and is a self-starter. Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree or technical education in Science or a related discipline.
