Job Location: Constanta Recruitment process: HR discussion Technical interview Role description: The Export Specialist Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of export operations to ensure efficient and compliant international shipments. This role involves processing orders, handling export documentation, coordinating with customers and suppliers, monitoring shipping schedules, and optimizing costs to meet business and customer needs. Order processing, handling Export Documents Perform checking of all documents Coordinate with suppliers and customers on instructions, documentation requirements and payments Coordinate cargo delivery according to customers requests Monitor shipping schedule and update goods delivery Handle all brokerage documentation queries regarding shipments. Submit required sales and purchase document to customers Prepare insurance certificates for shipments which customers requested to be insured. Maintain records: Keep comprehensive records of all export transactions, including shipping documents, licenses, and compliance documentation for audit purposes. Cost optimization: Identifies opportunities to minimize export costs through efficient optimal routing and consolidation of shipments. Coordinate with internal departments: with sales, purchasing, finance, and warehouse teams to align export activities with business goals and objectives. Profile:  Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipments and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and compliance with regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in using import/export software, customs clearance systems, and MS Office applications. Analytical skills to assess export costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize supply chain operations. Problem-solving skills to address issues related to customs clearances, shipping delays, and trade compliance requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications: Proven experience (2-3 years) in export operations, preferably in a similar role. Knowledge of Incoterms Experience in working with shipping lines, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers. Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
