Field Service Technician - Romania (Constanta + Baia Mare/Satu Mare) in Sebeş

We are specifically looking for candidates in the following areas:1 position - Baia Mare or Satu Mare1 position - ConstantaResponsibilities:Action - as the first point of contact for the Envipco customer for any questions/technical problems Independently conducting analysis for solving problems by phone and/or remote assistancePerforming on-site and remote fixes for down systems, executing preventive maintenance, and assisting in the training of customers or other in-house techniciansMake pre-site visits to new customers, making sure they are well prepared for the installation of RVM machines.Working with development and QA teams to replicate and characterize reported issues, supporting continuous improvement of our devicesCollecting direct feedback from customers for future improvements/improvements to our devicesSpecific : knowledge of monitoring and measurement devices;knowledge of the practical interpretation at the workplace of the technical documentation;knowledge of the operation of the machines;the correct choice of the method of repair according to the indications of the documents drawn up for the respective repair;proper use of S.D.V.s;English - medium leveladvanced mechanical knowledge
