Key responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports, identifying trends and opportunities, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across departments to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. Proficiency in BI tools, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.Your responsibilities Responsible for improving financial reporting utilizing Microsoft Power BI capabilitiesInitiate, drive and support further development of FLSmidth internal BI tools (MyOrders and MyFinance data models)Perform controlling activities and onboard new usersCoordinate and support the implementation of a new planning toolDevelop in-depth knowledge of our operations, data points and underlying process flowsCommunicate and train different stakeholders, including local finance teams of our BI solutions and toolsWhat you bringYou must be an advanced user of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft ExcelHands-on experience from working with ERP systems and a good interest in financial processes - experience working with Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is an advantageExperience with structuring performance management & planning solutions is an advantage, especially with OneStream EPM softwareAbility to grasp the big picture and focus on details whilst ensuring a high level of quality in end-to-end processes and record-to-reportA Master’s degree within finance, economics or another relevant fieldStrong accounting knowledge with 2-5 years of practical finance experience from a global company - experience working with project accounting is an advantageExcellent communication skills in English including ability to train colleagues at different levelsWhat we offer A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities
