In this hybrid role, you'll ensure the finance payroll process meets the compliance, internal and external audit requirements and the process targets. You'll have the unique opportunity to innovate, gain exposure to leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.A Taste of What Youll Be DoingTeam leadership and development: Lead and motivate a team of 3 finance professionals, ensuring the team consistently meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide monthly performance feedback and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Compliance and audit: Ensure that the finance payroll process adheres to compliance requirements, including internal and external/statutory audit standards. This includes preparing for and assisting with audits and ensuring payroll balance sheet accounts are accurately reconciled in line with accounting standards.Collaboration and issue resolution: Act as point of contact between the European Finance Payroll Sr. Manager, Payroll team and external payroll providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any finance payroll-related issues promptly and efficiently.Payroll financial reporting and reconciliation: oversee the preparation and review of payroll balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of payroll P&L accounts, as well as ensuring compliance with local tax, pension, and payroll regulations.
