This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational processes of procurement and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our procurement operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Matchinvoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness;• Verifythe data accuracy of purchase orders, including materials and quantities;• Assistwith other operational tasks related to procurement as needed;•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient procurementprocesses;• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and insights.Requirements:• Currently in the final year of your studies or graduated within the last 12 months; • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment; • Customer-Centric Mindset and strong attention to detail and accuracy; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Passion for learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #EMEAUR
