Paying up to £80,, with fantastic benefits and hybrid working, you will be pivotal in building a data governance framework and data-enabled culture. The Role You will be responsible for driving the organisation's data governance, data skills enablement, and fostering a data-driven culture across multiple sectors within the business. This role will ensure the establishment of trusted, reliable data as a core asset for the business, enable business-wide data literacy, and create a data-centric organisational culture. Key responsibilities include: Develop and Implement Governance StrategyCoordinate Governance Across DomainsStakeholder EngagementMonitor and Measure Governance SuccessEstablish a Data AcademyStandardise Data Management and AnalysisFoster a Data-Centric CultureAbout You Proven experience in data governance, data management, or data enablement roles, preferably in a large, matrixed organisation.Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and compliance.Experience in developing and delivering data literacy and training programs.Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change, particularly in promoting data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to develop metrics and KPIs to track the success of data initiatives.Previous experience working in a highly collaborative environment.Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the business & technical teamSalary on offer is up to £80, with hybrid working (ideally 2 days a week in Birmingham office, flexible dependent on business needs).Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
