SpotOn TA was founded to help people find their dream job, and help employers find the right candidates.Attractive Salary: Kindly share your salary expectations.Client: B2B Solutions CompanyThe RoleHead of WFM & BI – Romanian and English Speaker – BPOOffice Based – Bucharest, Romania*** This Job Opportunity is only offered for candidates living and eligible to work in Romania. Attractive Salary: Kindly share your salary expectations.Client: B2B Solutions Company.  Job DescriptionAs the Head of WFM & BI, you will lead, coach, and motivate workforce management and business intelligence teams.  Detailed Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement and best practices across workforce management processes.Forecast staffing needs to ensure operational demands are met with the right talent.Collaborate with internal departments to align workforce management with business goals.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards and report any violations.Provide regular reports on staffing, labour costs, overtime, and employee satisfaction to senior management.Develop and implement workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives.Build productive relationships with senior leaders and external partners.Monitor workforce data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in staffing and shift patterns.Manage the workforce management budget efficiently.Manage scheduling processes using tools like UKG – Virtual Roster, Pit Manager, and Turnstiles software.Develop and implement training programs for the workforce management team.Lead, coach, and motivate workforce management and business intelligence teams. Ideal ProfileTargeted QualificationsFluency in Romanian Language, C1 level or Higher.Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field.Min 3 years of previous experience in same/similar role (WFM/WorkForce/Forecasting) and be able to demonstrate experience/abilities.Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience within iGaming or Live Casino environments would be a huge advantage.Knowledge with Romanian Labor law.Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.   Interpersonal SkillsCommunicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, TrustworthyEfficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done.Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time.Flexible, Can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice.Listen, Listen/pay attention to what others are saying, without daydreaming or judging them.Precise, Make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly.Willingness to acquire new knowledge.Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants.   Offer & BenefitsAttractive Salary: Kindly share your salary expectations.Office Based – Bucharest, Romania.Private Health Insurance.Wellness Subscription Card.Career Development.A global team committed to the company values.A dynamic work environment in a dynamically international company. What's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceLeadership RoleFantastic work culture
