What will you do: Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties; Ensuring that all medical leave documentation is accurate and complete; Communicate with public services; Administration of Edenred cards, including meal, holiday, and gift vouchers; Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries regarding benefit cards and vouchers; Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data; Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports; Prepare and distribute email communications about legal changes, reminders, and awareness sessions for new employees. What you need to succeed: Proven relevant experience; Basic knowledge of labor law; Knowledge in using Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Excel, Organizational and administrative skills; Must be able to maintain confidentiality; Enthusiastic about expanding knowledge in the HR domain Good English knowledge.
