Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Key Responsibilities : Build and nurture strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Track account performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and drive business growth. Prepare and present proposals, account reviews, and reports to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to clients. Requirements : Native-level proficiency in Italian (spoken and written). Good command of English . Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
