IT Administrator in Voluntari

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team to design , implement and maintain the oraganization IT infrastructure, including servers,network,storage systems and virtualization platforms for greater productivity and to stay compliant with organization standards. Candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. At least seven years' experience in a similar role. Manage and configure servers, network and firewall systems. Windows Server and Linux administration skills. Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX and Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server. Solid knowledge of IT administration DNS and Active Directory, Exchange Server, O365. Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration. Group Policy design and configuration. Ability to troubleshoot network issues including backbone infrastructure issues. A solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networking DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN Good communication skills. Proactive attitude and organizational skills. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Define and document best practices and support IT procedures. Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length. Responsibilities: Maintain IT infrastructure in operation (monitor, administrate and ensures functionality of company systems and software tools, applications, email,security updates; internal and external communication,LANs, WANs, and network segments; Perform routine and scheduled audits scan of all systems, including backups; Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect company networks and data; Performs troubleshooting to identify root cause, identify solutions and solve the requirements and errors; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Collaborate with company partners for IT infrastructure, software and security services vendor evaluation ,recommendation before purchasing; Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies; Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance; Relevant certifications such as System administrator and Network administration.
