Junior Project Manager in Bucuresti

Location: Bucharest, hybrid role, 2 days/week at the office Contract Duration: One year (until October 31, 2025) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Corporate Sales Policy team. In this role, you will support the integration of new tools, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Tasks Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities related to Juniper’s integration into the corporate sales structure. Support senior team members in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize project management tools to monitor project status, identify risks, and maintain updated project documentation. Participate in meetings to gather and communicate project updates, helping to resolve issues and drive projects toward successful completion. Contribute to budgeting and resource allocation discussions, supporting the team in aligning resources to project needs. Prepare and organize project reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Requirements Proven experience in project coordination or administration within a corporate environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar). Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and processes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success. Knowledge of project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management is a plus.
