ProfileThe Logistic Project Manager is responsible for the: Leading Supply Chain new projects and assuring the implementation in the defined timelines and deadlinesAsses current flows and implement continuous improvement projects in collaboration with local or central teamsAssessing and calculating logistic KPI’s related to e-commerce, transportation, etcKey Accountabilities:Leading Supply Chain projectsComplete management or contribution to different projects in the Supply Chain Road map: digital projects, strategic projects, continuous improvement, etcEstablish and monitor project milestones, ensuring that all internal stakeholders have clear goals, and capture and resolve any issues that may affect the delivery planParticipation in the scoping of projectsCoordination of the cross-functional project team, facilitation of workshops and meetings with all contributorsIdentifying and allocating resources across supply chain to support critical assigned projectsProject planning management by controlling risks and costs and ensuring reporting and communication with all stakeholders.Implementation and/or roll-out of core model toolsImplementation, monitoring and guarantee of tests for all projects related to Supply Chain evolutions, integrated system and/or process changes.Production of deliverables (presentation and communication documents, training materials, procedures, operating procedures, .Change management through communications, training, user support.Proactively evaluate and manage risks concerning project delivery.Responsible for continuous improvement changes related to current flowsBuild Operations continuous improvement plans, building and coordinating the roadmap implementation with the internal and external partners involvedSupplier evaluation meetings (any key call-outs on KPIs/performance) Recognize unidentified needs for projects analyzing current processes and proactively translate business requirements into actionable and achievable project plansBuild strong relationship with local logistic providers and Central project Teams for all inter-related activitiesLogistic operations, KPI’s calculation and monitoringMonitor and calculate current KPI’s related to ecommerce (ex. click to delivery/possession, customer promise,Close collaboration with transportation companies to track KPI’s related to cost and CSR (ex. CO2 emissions, distance traveled, invoice check, etc) Profile:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management and/or SupplyKnowledge of the Supply Chain, in an international and multicultural environment, ideally retail and e-comDesired business knowledge: E-commerce / E-Logistics, planning (forecasting, procurement, , Logistics & transport, Master Data, etc. SAP knowledge/experience highly desiredFluent English is requiredAbility to synthesize and communicate on the progress of projectsPragmatism and operational vision, knowledge of supply and information systemsSpirit of initiative and autonomyAnalytical and synthesis skillsMotivation to work in a demanding environmentAbility to adapt, to manage the unexpectedExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to observe, adaptFlexibility to travel 20% of the time
