As our PR & Marketing Manager, you will: Execute annual marketing communications plan including strategy and tactics, in consultation with the operational and senior leadership team. Execute brand marketing activations and publish them with entire of hotel team Collaborate with Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales and Revenue teams to create promotions and campaigns to target hotel guests. Manage hotel media schedules as well as their social media accounts. Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with our brand. Facilitate social media engagement and update content in local digital channels (., hotel website, travel sites). Develop and execute promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels. Engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly. Write and distribute all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets, coordinate all public relation activities Manage the execution of hotel-sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities. Organizing photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the Area Marketing and PR team. May serve as a point of contact for regionally approved local photographers for food, amenity, rooms and property imagery. Coordination and execution of Hotel and F&B printed materials. Controls quantity and inventory of all Hotel marketing collateral and verifies copies are filed in a comprehensive manner. Supports the production of all property, F&B display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas. Assists with the execution of F&B direct marketing activities. Verifies all collateral is as per brand standard guidelines and in compliance with Brand Standard Audit (BSA). Manage development, co-ordination and execution of all communications activities. Communications duties and functions as deemed necessary. Assists in the liaison and execution of joint F&B promotions. Works with the S&M Director to verify the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis. Provides act as a marketing subject matter expert for GMs, Sales Leaders and Managers, and Revenue leaders. Keeps abreast of competition and its collateral, advertising, and marketing efforts and constantly evolving digital and marketing trends. Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by S&M Director. Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and tourism industry media. Organizing influencer and PR events to increase the awareness of hotel, F&B outlets and launches in hotel. Maintain a keen understanding of brand trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them. Our most successful PR & Marketing Manager is someone who has: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business or related major; 5 years’ experience in the Marketing, digital or related professional area Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred; Advanced knowledge of marketing and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva; Excellent communication and project management skills; Results-driven strategic thinker; Creative, innovative mindset; Strong customer focus and understanding of the luxury lifestyle market and trends; Marketing budget management and planning’ Would you like a place that offers you...
