Mission Organizes the daily deliveries of packaging to suppliers Monitors, coordinates, and modifies any errors in the packaging transport plan Negotiate with the involved parties the implementation of the packaging transport plan (supplier and other internal partners) Set up short-term supply transport to meet needs not taken into account by scheduled transport Monitor the proper execution of transports, validate the activity of carriers and platforms Adjust the transport plan according to customer needs not taken into account by unscheduled transport Deal with emergency transport (troubleshooting) Monitor and address transport issues impacting supplies Validate and pre-invoice transport Manage platform operating activity Maintain daily communication with our partners: factories, suppliers, service providers. Develop and update project KPIs (weekly or monthly) Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to address dysfunctions Monitoring of business performance: Cost Indicators, Quality Indicators, Deadline Indicators Adjust the transport plan according to customer needs not taken into account by unscheduled transport Handle emergency transport (breakdown) Monitor and address transport issues impacting supplies Handling of problems reported by suppliers, factories, service providers and transport branches (support) Profile Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) French and English are a must Good communication skills Ability to analyze and synthesize, customer orientation, organization and planning of activities, flexibility.
