Collaborating with the sales, marketing and product management teams, you will play a pivotal role in evolving global processes and solutions to reinforce our market positioning and financial health.Your responsibilitiesData collection and analysisMaintain and update pricing databases to ensure accurate and current pricing dataMonitor pricing metrics, prepare and support pricing reviews to managementMarket trend analysisWork closely with sales, marketing and product management to collect competitor pricing informationEvaluate market trends using internal and external data sourcesAnalyze competitor pricing and market trends to identify pricing opportunities and stay competitivePricing strategies development supportAnalyze sales and pricing metrics and derive recommendations for pricing adjustmentsDevelop and use statistical methods to predict the impact of pricing strategiesPrepare and present pricing proposals to senior management for approvalComplianceEnsure that pricing strategies adhere to company policiesEnsure pricing policies are consistently appliedPricing cultureProvide training and guidance to the sales team on pricing strategies and toolsYour qualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline3+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in sales, pricing, or analyticsAbility to communicate in English (Oral and written)Manufacturing industry experienceExperience working in a global and diverse organizationStrong analytical and data visualization skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to maneuver at all levels of the organization.A positive mindset
