With a worldwide footprint of engineering centers, testing labs and manufacturing facilities, Garrett serves all major automotive companies to implement key differentiated technology offerings. As a Procurement Project Manager, you will have a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end to end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environmentYou will lead a team of project management colleagues, working on high-impact projects that move the business forwardYou will help your direct and cross-functional team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and support your team to prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status and project of the project Responsibilities: Manage a team of GBE Project Sourcing Leaders and foster competency growth in the team Oversee and Manage the global GBE Project launch pipeline with the support of regional Project Leaders for ProcurementBe in charge of GBE Programs performance (QCD) for the GBE – whether NPIs or Mass Production programs (incl. transition projects/VE-Re)Serve with his team as the single POC for Customer Team Program Managers (with proper Program MOS)Take Complete ownership on Full BOM Cost from PQF until SOP+6 months | Ensure right BOM cost aligned with PCL is providedManage NPI or Ve-Re/Transition Projects content: is the prime interface for procurement project management, ensure Procurement is engaged at right NPI Phase , Supplier’s is following project modifications, project timing is respected. Consolidate Project Tracking sheets for GBE Procurement NPI performanceIs in Charge of project deliverables: Prototypes from Mass Production Suppliers, ODT, PPAP, SOP on time, at cost & at quality.
