Tasks
- Review and validate assets in Adobe Workfront based on product characteristics that will be launched in the future, ensuring they meet the documented required standards and metadata accuracy.
- Approve assets in PSD or PNG format with transparent backgrounds; reject JPEGs and non-transparent PNGs.
- Revalidate approved assets based on updated guidelines in a very dynamic Product Line with over 10000 products.
- Collaborate with project owners to mark tasks as completed once QA is passed.
Utilize reports and trackers to prioritize and manage QA tasks. - Understand prioritization of tasks and how choices will activate assets online.
Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to missing or incorrect metadata for assets. - Ensure assets are correctly tagged with language metadata (e.g., "none" for assets/images without text).
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools or metadata tagging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in asset metadata.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with image formats and requirements (PSD, PNG, JPEG).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex QA scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a QA role within a marketing or digital asset management environment.
Knowledge of asset Metadata processes.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and tracking.
