Quality Technologist in Focşani

Job Description As a Quality Technologist , your main responsibility will be leading suppliers and their production organization, system& prosses and capability to deliver COS requirements . You will have Product Quality ownership, end-to-end (from sample to bulk to customer use). Fully committed to COS product quality - go above & beyond with strong ownership and sense of urgency by coaching and developing our partners. Working in the role you will be responsible for: Empower suppliers to continuously deliver COS product quality in line with our vision to Disrupt Luxury Fashion Feed suppliers COS Quality Foundation (making and workmanship standards, production ‘know how’, detail that make the difference) as well as COS Future Quality Direction. Empower suppliers according to Luxurious Making and Zero Defect strategy (from sample development in sample room to inline and final stages in production lines) Lead suppliers and their production organization, system & prosses and capability to deliver COS requirements Have ownership in Product Quality, end-to-end (from sample to bulk to customer use) Secure sample making, measurements and technical risks Perform inline and final quality inspections Co-executing market development plans, supplier strategy and product strategy with Merchandising and Quality managers Monitor and manage Quality performance of product and supplier regularly, constantly feedback and take necessary actions to level up Qualifications What you need to succeed:   Being a COS Brand quality ambassador that lives and breathes COS Quality Guideline Principles (Longevity, Premium Making, Innovative Material and solutions, considered details) Proactively ensure understanding of COS current state and future direction and actively contributes to get us there Constantly bring new ideas to those around with a sense of urgency. Dedicate majority of time at suppliers, in factories as well as close cooperation with Buying Office Pattern makers and Merchandisers Relevant production type(s) knowledge -high complexity level preferably in woven and tailoring Strong Technical and Production Quality experience Product development experience including sampling prosses  Luxury brand background and experience is plus Fluent in English Flexibility to travel Strong communication skills and builds trust Additional Information This is a  full-time and permanent position , based in Focșani, Romania. The Quality Technologist is part of COS Production Quality Department and reports to Quality Manager based in Istanbul. Turkiye.
