·Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Actively work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards.·Review Record to Report transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily·Review Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation ·Execution of internal controls in accordance with clients ·Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review ·Execute projects detailed work and ensure all reporting requirements are met·Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2R activities ·Perform other duties as and when delegated, including job rotation to other functional teams as and when required·Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated·Attend all daily/weekly Communication Cell·Review monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation ·Participate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries ·Ensure compliance to policies, local company legal and statutory requirements ·Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service·Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times·Ensure stakeholders' queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner. ·Review changes to SOP documentation when required·Assist in the preparation of training materials when required·Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer; sharing of resources, knowledge and experience and best practice thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition·Actively involve in Pre KT/KT session and ensure given knowledge is captured to the best ability·Manage end to end accounting work, including FA, IC and Closing and Reporting·Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements·Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives·SLA & KPI reporting and adherence·Handle escalations, resolution and decision making·Overseeing PTP and OTC process Tower Delivery·Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to read and interpret, speaks effectively and informatively ·Display and practice excellent client handling skills to ensure successful NPS scores and customer satisfaction ·Escalation tracking and resolution for client issues ·Be part of the client organization to drive improvement projects ·Own and hold periodic reviews with clients on Operational performance ·Ensure client response time is within acceptable limits set with the client and deadlines are met with accuracy; ·People management – Ensuring Retention metrics are met, and employee satisfaction scores are delivered via practicing people leadership skills and implementing HR best practices and initiatives ·Being part of people initiatives organized by HR team and owning delivering on the same ·Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Individual Performance discussions and appraisal ·Developing development action plans, coaching, and mentoring team members, developing talent, organizing career path meetings with team members ·Owning and facilitating team meetings daily for better process performance and enhancement ·Conflict Management and resolving issues not only within team, but also inter-team and cross functional ·Maintain discipline and positive behavior / environment in the team ·Own 100% accurate and timely inputs for the team they supervise for salary, leaves and incentives and other HR systems like employee health and safety regulations, etc. ·Own organization of motivational programs for team members ·Participating in selection of new team members or hires within Genpact ·Ensuring Learning Path for all team members is completed within deadlines·Keeping the team motivated and focused, closely monitoring the service delivery operations to ensure compliance with key metrics and contractual SLAs, interacting with and managing customers & key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and undertaking regular process improvement measures based on customer feedback and data analytics; ·Input and maintain data in all HR and Finance related tools to ensure right billing ·Drive productivity improvements within operations ·Farm new opportunities for revenue enhancement or cost reduction.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills ·ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent Accounting/Finance Graduate with relevant years of R2R experience·Full professional knowledge of English, min. C1 ·Excellent Leadership skills. Relevant experience in People Leadership·Demonstrated experience in resource management, team performance management, recruitment, and training·Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook·Excellent communication & presentation skills·Relevant RTR domain experience for the position: strong Accounting Knowledge in FA, IC and Month end closing and reporting·Ability to help team members in problem areas·Excellent communication skills - Good written and verbal language skills, as per country requirement for the in-scope profile·Excellent Negotiation/Client management Skills·High customer service orientation·Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change·Positive attitude with a focus on execution·Flexibility to adjust standard guidelines to exceptions, following the required level of integrity·Decision taking ability under tight deadlines·Effective working knowledge of IT incl.
