Moreover, they are also present in transversal fields such as project management, quality management, supply chain/industrialization and validation. - Administrative tasks - Track order acknowledgement for the purchase orders (non-production materials and services) - Manage requests for quotations from the clients - Manage the communication with the suppliers as well as with the clients via e-mail & telephone - Enter delivery confirmation information in the system - Manage quotations proposals for the clients - Negotiation with suppliers (non-production materials and services) Requirements - Advanced level of French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
