Job Description What you will do with us You identify the needs of the customer and advise them on the most suitable car and services. You follow up on leads from (potential) customers that come in via phone, email, or the website – no cold acquisition, only warm leads. You answer questions about the purchasing process and our services. You handle the administrative processing. You take care of the delivery process of the car to the respective customer. Qualifications Who we are looking for You have experience in a similar role. You are fluent in Dutch. You have a service- and customer-oriented mindset.
