Your Mission Your mission: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispute Management Specialist to support the financial operations by managing customer disputes within Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations and to resolve Customer disputes or prevent potential dispute. What you'll do at UiPathDispute Management:Manage invoice disputes that arise in Accounts Receivable (AR), by performing research on customer disputes, determine the issue type and proper resolution and follow up with the stakeholders to ensure the dispute is closedLog the disputes into a tracking system (S4Hana) and monitor them, prioritize the important cases, and make regular follow-up with other departments or the customer to ensure the closing of the disputeMonitor the AR Disputes and platforms email inbox daily to ensure timely response to all internal and customer inquiriesWork proactively with Customer and internal teams to resolve Customer disputes or prevent potential disputesCustomer Platform Management:Maintain and update the project’s knowledge base or wiki, ensuring all relevant information is documented and accessible.Ensure timely submission of accurate invoices through online portals (Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Oracle) for all customers with this billing requirementSetup and actively maintain portals for customer invoice submissionMaintain an accurate record of all invoices submitted through online portals and make regular follow up on rejected orunsubmitted invoicesDeliver data upload within agreed deadlinesKPIs, Automation and Policy UpdatesAssist in reviewing and updating SOPs to reflect current processes and best practicesRecommends, develops, and implements actions and automations to improve the team activity and workflowsCommunication and cooperation with supervisor and the team to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met What you'll bring to the teamUniversity Degree in one of the following areas Economic / Commercial / Administrative2 + years of experience in accounts receivableExcellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP softwareAbility to work cooperatively and collaborativelyProblem-solving oriented and strong sense of responsibilityStrong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail#LI-CS1 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
