The Senior Strategic PlanningSpecialist will work with Strategy Directors to drive strategic planning anddecision-making processes within the organization. This individual will beresponsible for conducting data analytics & modeling, developing market& competitive assessments to provide insights and recommendations thatsupport the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidatehas strong analytical skills/ research background, is able to work withunstructured content, summarize data from various sources and presentrecommendations to internal stakeholders, including C-level executives. He/ she should be able to perform under tightdeadlines and have tight tolerance for ambiguous requests. We are committed to the highest standard in everything we do!Key responsibilities:Conduct data analytics and modeling to support strategic planning initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business performance evaluation;Create, maintain and periodically validate market sizes and growth trends; develop top-down / bottom-up market analyses. Provide research on global and regional markets: trend analysis, market commentary, statistical and data analysis;Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making; Conduct custom, in-depth competitive analysis based on specific objectives.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and strategic planning, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities, and develop financial models and forecasts to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and support budgeting and resource allocation processes.Key skills and qualifications:BS/ BA degree in economics, business, finance, statistics, marketing, or other technical background;5+ years of experience in market research, data analytics, competitive intelligence, strategy, or related roles;Solid analytical skills, excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
