With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.YOUR TASKSIdentify problems on SMT lines, determine their origin and recommend ways to prevent them by submitting proposals for design changes or by working with other departments;Responsible for solving technical problems as part of the escalation process;Ensure support for NPI activities and sample builds;Creating work instructions for equipments /processes;Write technical specifications and interact with equipment suppliers;Involvement in the planning of layouts and in the installation of the equipment in case of new acquisitions, changing and transferring from other production units;Collaborate with the production team for optimizing the process, including defining new requests and processspecifications, to review the technical part and the methods of production;Develop and improve the programs used by production equipment;Participate to pre-acceptance and final acceptance procedures;Providing technical support and training for technicians.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSAt least 3 years of proven work experience with SMT processes;Relevant work experience in the automotive or electronic industry;Good knowledge in following printing and reflow processes;Laser marking, placement, SPI and AOI experience is a plus;Technical university degree is mandatory;Good knowledge of English (German is a plus).
