What you’ll do Provide technical leadership by constantly improving the system's technical capabilities and technology stack.Identify architectural improvements in the existing code base.Build software that resolves real-life loan-related problems for many customers and impacts millions of end-users.Deal with complex calculations that require a high degree of logical thinking on top of technical skills.Lead feature delivery from design to planning, implementation, and deployment.Offer guidance and mentoring to engineers.
