Tracking spreadsheets and maintain perpetual inventory records of material received and issued. Expediting all purchase orders delivery status and regular follow up with suppliers and proper collaboration with procurement, supplier and the material requester (RDA). Responsibilities include: Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of all materials and equipment in the warehouse. Ensure proper stock levels to support construction projects without delays. Receiving and Inspection: Oversee the receipt of materials and equipment, verifying quantity, quality, and conformity with purchase orders. Report any discrepancies or damaged items. Material Storage: Ensure proper organization and storage of materials for easy access and protection from damage or degradation. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Issuing Materials: Process material requisitions from project teams and ensure timely and accurate issuing of materials to support construction schedules. Stock Control: Regularly conduct inventory counts, track stock levels, and identify the need for replenishment. Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder materials as required. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and stock levels. Prepare periodic inventory reports for the procurement department and management. Coordination with Procurement: Collaborate closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials, avoiding project delays and minimizing storage costs.
