At least 3 years experience in full cycle projects. Employee Central configuration for the Spanish and Portuguese localisation from a global template design. At least 1 full cycle project for EC Time Tracking (from gathering requirements till go-live and hypercare phase). Experience in other SuccessFactors functionalities and integration with payroll. Fluent Spanish language skills and Portuguese would be beneficial. Strong communication skills.
