This process will involve cross-department collaboration, ensuring the achievement of daily objectives and enabling fact-based decisions to meet short-to-mid-term service and financial targetsA Taste of What Youll Be DoingSupply Planning Reports/AnalysesEffectively uses and proactively seeks supply planning reports/analyses to aid decision-making by supply planners, Category, scheduling teams, and markets.Advanced Data AnalysisPrepares advanced data analysis and shares insights around detailed, complex scenario planning, enabling timely and efficient decision-making through the PIPO flow.Planning Process ExpertiseProvides expertise and insights to define the best planning process set-up for new supply chain scenarios/organization.System, Risk, and Operations AnalysisConducts in-depth system, risk, and operations analysis when planning scenarios change.PIPO Tools UtilizationThoroughly understands and effectively uses the PIPO (Phase-in/Phase-out) tools to ensure timely execution of initiatives from a supply planning perspective.PIPO Process SupervisionSupervises the PIPO process and its effects, minimizing scrapping costs, reducing OOS situations between changing variants, and minimizing NPI stock.Were Looking for Someone WithA bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.Proficiency in English.Advanced skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.Experience in handling large volumes of data with clear reporting.A strategic mindset to align efforts with the organizations objectives.Whats NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
