Could you be the full-time System Project Engineering Manager in Bucharest, we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll have end-to-end accountability for engineering activities, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met and that performance standards align with customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Operations, Installation, Procurement, Material Engineering, and more), ensuring the management of configuration and the integration of various subsystems until project final acceptance.

You’ll specifically take care of requirement analysis and allocation, as well as managing the technical contractual scope of the project in front of the customer, but also ensuring optimal maintainability of the technical system throughout its entire lifecycle.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Allocating and monitoring project requirements
  • Being responsible for the project solution's performance, customer acceptance, and authorization
  • Managing project engineering technical risks and corresponding mitigation plans
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to identify opportunities for variation orders
  • Ensuring all contract requirements are addressed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Defining and deploying the Engineering Strategy and leading the Engineering delivery plan

  • Engineering background with a strategic outlook on project deployment and lifecycle management
  • Experience in signaling system design and integration
  • Proven experience in team management, both functional and hierarchical
  • Cost and planning control expertise within an engineering scope
  • Experience managing customer relationships in contractual contexts
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including teamwork, leadership, and adaptability
  • Decisive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Keen analytical and critical thinking skills, including risk analysis and management
