Technical InstructorClient Description:Adecco Romania is hiring a Technical Instructor for its client, a multinational company, in automotive industry. Responsibilities:- Conduct technical training for the car brands- Organize educational sessions and prepare training materials- Coordinate and provide professional assistance to service representatives- Publish technical information and communicate with representatives- Monitor and enhance educational processes- Assess the technical skills of employeesCandidate Profile:- A minimum of a V. level education in a technical or relevant field- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role- Preferred experience in automotive diagnostics- Attention to detail- Strong organizational and communication skills- A neat appearance and enjoyment in working with people- A valid Category B driver's license- Willingness to travel- Proficiency in MS Office programs- Excellent knowledge of English
