We're looking for a passionate IT enthusiast with the following characteristics:
Motivated by topic; Human oriented; Fluent French speaker; Not afraid about technical and organizational complexity. Providing support to the Ops by taking in charge the Level 3 support, especially for the analysis of production issues. Planning, monitoring and prioritizing RUN tasks in collaboration with the project team and operators. Reporting to countries and partners (post mortems), proactive communication in case of planned operations or major outages. Continuous RUN optimization in collaboration with countries, partners and RUN teams Technical skills:
Ability to understand end-to-end architectures and stakes Good knowledge of the APIs ecosystem (OMA and TMF standards). Good knowledge of technical architectures (networks, service infrastructures) and software architectures (Java and associated frameworks). IT Expertise: Software Integration, System (Linux) and Network administration, Security mechanisms. Nice to have: experience in operating solutions in production
Soft skills:
Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and internationally. Business-oriented and customer-oriented. Good written and oral communication skills in both French and English. Ability to analyze and synthesize information in order to quickly grasp complex technical issues. Autonomous, result-oriented.
